New ph.d.: Representation lacking despite many initiatives

Danish newspaper Information did a profile on my research recently. The article highlights how my work troubles the effect and premises of an array of diversity initiatives in the Danish film industry. Despite their intent, I argue, such initiatives often reproduce inequality and discriminatory logics.

Academic article

Minority Taxation (Minoritetsbeskatning)

In Danish journal Kvinder, Køn & Forskning: “…this article argues that Minority Taxation, a proposed Danish derivative of the US term Cultural Taxation (Padilla 1994), is a useful analytical tool for understanding the everyday experiences of structural inequalities in Danish academia.”
